Location & Transportation

We know that convenience and time is valuable to our customers – therefore our auction site must be easy to access, which is why we built our auction facility just outside Jackson TN on    I-40 at exit 93. Our location not only provides for a convenient location, but a convenient location for the transportation of larger equipment. Our staff will be happy to assist your driver with unloading and equipment placement. You have the option of selling your equipment at our auction facility or us coming to your site to liquidate your assets.                     We offer live bidding, online only bidding auctions and simulcast bidding where live bidders and online bidders can bid against one another. We want our buyers to always be able to participate in our auctions even if they are not able to be at the auction in person. 

Titled Vehicles and Trailers Titles must accompany all vehicles, trailers and equipment upon consignment and delivered to the office. NO EXCEPTIONS!

• Titles must be checked for any discrepancies. Should there be a lien on the vehicle, trailer or equipment, the lending institution must be contacted and a letter from such must be submitted to Mayco investments, LLC with a payoff figure and to whom to grant the funds.
• If the title is not signed by the seller, a Limited Power of Attorney is to be signed for Mayco Auctions, LLC to handle all title work.                                      

    ALL VEHICLES, TRAILERS, AND EQUIPMENT NOT CONFORMING TO THESE REQUIREMENTS WILL NOT BE SOLD.
